The Thief River and Red Lake Rivers flow through Thief River Falls, MN

TRFowrard is charged with identifiying community's values. This committee finds common, steadfast beliefs held and shared by the citizens in the Thief River Falls region. Additionally, the committee is charged with exploring what the residents of the area think about the community and, more importantly, what they want it to become.
