In 1985, Thief River Falls created a "plan" for the city. 25 years later, it is our mission to pick up where this was left off and move Thief River Falls into the future as a successful, flourishing community.

After several meetings, TRForward has gathered a great amount of information from the residents of our area. Posted below are the rough notes taken at these meetings.
